At DeWitts™ Direct Fit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
